Free for veterans and first responders. 3rd Sundays. Yoga with horses plus iRest meditation. Simple movements and calming breathwork to feel more centered, grounded, and at ease. No experience needed. Trauma informed. Accesible and adaptive. May help with sleep, pain, and chronic stress.
