Therapeutic Carriage Driving
Therapeutic Carriage Driving is an activity that allows an individual with disabilities who cannot be, or does not wish to be, mounted the opportunity to participate in equine-assisted therapy while “mounted” in a carriage. Carriage driving has many physical benefits including improved posture and improved motor skills. Other benefits include increased attention span, improved spatial planning skills and increased self-esteem.

Carriage driving classes are 30 minutes long. Fees are paid in full prior to the beginning of a session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Summer fees depend upon the schedule offered.
Carriage Driving:
• 10-week fall session = $550 - 1 driver/class; $500 - 2 drivers/class • 10-week spring session = $550 - 1 driver/class; $500 - 2 drivers/class
